Fun Fridays at RBCPC - Policies and FAQ's

Refunds

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel, we’re happy to provide a full refund as long as we receive your request by 9:00 a.m. on the morning of the event. To request a refund, please email stevenk@rbcpc.org with your child’s name and registration details.

Credits

Instead of a refund, you may request a credit transfer for your child’s registration to the next Fun Friday. To guarantee a spot at the next event, credit requests must be made before 9:00 a.m. on the morning of the event.

If you contact us after the event, your credit request will depend on availability at the next Fun Friday.

Credits do not expire, but they cannot be stacked or accumulated. In other words, unused registrations cannot be carried forward across multiple events to build up extra credits.

To request a credit transfer, please email stevenk@rbcpc.org.

Waitlist

Fun Friday is a popular event, and spaces fill up quickly. If you place your child on the waitlist, we will contact you directly if a spot becomes available. If you don’t hear from us, it means the event is full.

Children on the waitlist who are not placed in the session will receive priority registration for the next Fun Friday.

Can my child be in a different room than the one they registered for?

Children must attend the age group they are registered for, and we are unable to make exceptions at the door. Your child's age must match the selected group. If you don’t see your child’s age group available on the registration page, it means that session is full. We appreciate your understanding, as this helps us keep each group organized, safe, and fun for everyone.

Volunteers & Safety

Who supervises the children? Fun Friday is led by both RBCPC staff and background-checked volunteers who are trained to provide a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment for all children. All staff and volunteers with the Children’s Ministry must complete a Live Scan, background check, and biennial abuse awareness training.

If you’ve ever thought about serving with children, we would love to hear from you. Please reach out to stevenk@rbcpc.org to learn more about joining our team. With more volunteers and staff, we’re able to welcome even more children to the fun.

What to Bring

We recommend that children bring a water bottle and, during colder months, a jacket.

For our infant and toddler room, all food must be provided by a parent — no pizza will be served in this age group.

For all age groups, children with allergies or dietary restrictions must have their food provided by a parent. If your child has allergies, please write a note on a 3x5 card or sticky note and place it inside their snack bag.

May our Lord continue to bless each of you and your families. See you at the next Fun Friday!
